To promote cultural, educational, and scientific endeavors between the United States and the Republic of Armenia and to sponsor health and humanitarian projects for the people of Armenia.

The AACA is the US sponsor of the Armenian American Wellness Center in Yerevan, Armenia, which provides women's healthcare using Western standards and technology.

The Armenian American Wellness Center officially opened its doors on April 28, 1997. This year, 2007, the Wellness Center along with its founders, its staff, AACA and thousands of donors throughout the Armenian diaspora, is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
