2007

• The 10th Medical Mission to Armenia took place June 21-July 11, 2007. Since 1997, the AACA has organized 10 Medical Missions (with US medical professionals traveling to Armenia) that have focused on providing training and exchange opportunities for our medical and administrative staff, and biomedical engineer.
• The remarkable journey, and vital work, of Armenia's first osteoporosis screening machine (23 June 2007)
• The Armenian American Wellness Center celebrates 10th years by enlarging its facilities -- and its humanitarian mission

2006

• Rita Balian (USA) and Hranush Hakobyan (Armenia) receive Fritjof Nansen Gold Medal (Aug. 2006)

2005

• AACA Enhances the Primary Health-Care Program at the Wellness Center and its Gavar Satellite Clinic near Lake Sevan
• The Lincy Foundation Donates $100,000 in support of the Life-Saving Work of the Armenian American Wellness Center (October 2005)
• Armenian American Wellness Center Sponsors its First Annual Health Fair with Support from USAID (September 2005)
• Edward and Helen Mardigian Foundation Pledges $250,000 for the Wellness Center in Armenia (September 2005)
• Philanthropist Anoush Mathevosian Donates Additional $275,000 for the Armenian American Wellness Center in Armenia (July 2005)
• Long-Time Supporter Makes $25,000 Donation to Wellness Center Expansion (February 2005)
• The Miracle Children of Armenia: The Wellness Center’s Gift of Life (March 22, 2005)
