Transforming Cancer Care in Armenia – One Patient, One Family, One Life at a Time
Every year, thousands of men, women, and children in Armenia are diagnosed with cancer—many without access to the early detection, diagnostics, or treatment options they desperately need. The Armenian American Cultural Association, Inc. (AACA), is proud to announce the next phase of our lifesaving mission: the establishment of a state-of-the-art Oncology Center at the Armenian American Wellness Center.
This new Oncology Center will:
-
- Provide accessible, affordable, and high-quality cancer diagnostics and treatment to men, women and their families across Armenia.
-
- Deliver integrated care services, including prevention, early detection, radiology, chemotherapy referrals, patient education, and mental health support.
-
- Offer financial assistance and free care for vulnerable, displaced, and low-income families—particularly those affected by war and regional instability.
-
- Extend our successful model of Western-standard care delivered by local and internationally trained Armenian medical professionals.
This expansion builds upon the 25+ year legacy of the AAWC, which has already served over 250,000 patients and provided more than 1.5 million diagnostic services. The Oncology Center will be a beacon of hope and a critical step forward in the fight against cancer in Armenia.
